Eligibility Requirement

Live or work in one of the following townships:

• Silver Creek
• Pokagon
• Wayne
• Lagrange
• Penn
• Volinia
• Marcellus
• Decatur
• Paw Paw
• Or Related to a current member by blood/marriage

Required Documentation

• Current state issued ID or driver’s license and
• Social Security card or current W2

If under 18, a student ID can be substituted for a state issued ID.
